We had a family run to Porthcawl yesterday (yes we're mad considering how bad the weather is right now), but it was worth it just to experience a large beef dinner from Fulgoni's restaurant. Yes it's worth every penny and I could happily eat that delicious taste bud exploding concoction every single meal time.

Then last night I finally opened the bottle of champagne that I had bought for my fortieth birthday and went to bed tired and tipsy.
