all these ideas are being written down and will be put to the comitee!!!
You are allowed your own BBQ's but no bombfires... list is growing quite well... hopefully the comitee wont say no to tooo many of them lol

3 day event 23 - 25 may
Tickets are FREE (event is open in the day to the public for a small fee, how it is free for you guys)
I will let you know where to get them from asap
there Will be Camping.

Entertainment is still being sorted, looking for best equipment!
Also i am trying to sort out a bar and live music for the evening when the pageant is closed to the public.

will be trade stands/stall, auto jumble. They will be listed on the Website.

there will be displays in the center arena some of which will be mini and some will be of other classic cars etc.



If you are coming and want to camp - there will be no need to weigh down your car with food and Disposable bbq's etc as there is a Sainsburys & a Morrisons across the road and a Tesco 15 min walk away where you can buy these things also will be food stands on site. (also a LARGE krispy kremes Cafe and a Mcdonalds next to sainsburys)


Also as you guys are coming quite far, we are 25 mins from central london the train station is 5 mins up the road so if you wanted you can leave your car at the pageant (will be safe as there is 24hr security) and spend a day in the city seeing the sites ec. (i will be able to supply you with tube maps etc)

And If what we have lined up in the evenings isnt for you and you get bored The largest Cinema in uk is right next to the Pageant and always has the latest movies

Depending how Roxie is running when it gets time to fill in the forms ill be well up for this! will be the furthest ive taken her aswell (that im aware of!)

Working on bouncy castle assault course and mechanical bull type things need sponsors tho 1st lol

We now have some bands lined up for the weekend but they will be announced nearer the timeas it is still ages away n bands quite often like to change their plans lol

On sunday 24th may the pageant is goin 60's! thats dress up in 1960's gear, 60's style mmmmussssic, and see some of the best 60's cars.


I have been informed there are some rules to the campsite and BBQ's etc but i will post news on thatonce ive sorted some alternatives or made some deals blah blah

WE have just confirmed that the ad will be placed in miniworld.
I think we are talking to mini mag as well.

But to avoid any dissapointment i have talked the comitee into having the registration forms downloadable as a pdf file. (previous yrs you had to email and have a form sent in the post to you)

as soon as i get the file i will give you the link as you were 1 of the 1st clubs i approached

for your registration forms.... as things are taking longer than expected (pdf d/l files)
you can send us a stamped Envelope A4/A5 size (your choice ) with your name & address Plus in the bottom Left corner write "mini" so it gets priority!!!! then as soon as the forms are printed they can be sent straight out to you

brrrrrrr the site has been updated!!!!

Im sorting out a local hotel and B&B list for people who do not wish to camp....

Also im sorting out london & tube maps for you guys as im sure that being as we are 30 mins from central london by train some you would like to go down have a look around for a day! (cars will be safe) and be back intime for the evening entertainments

Just wondering, the classes of entry... my cars 1987... so its newer than class C which is only up to 1973..?

But in the box which says class write "mini" aswell as on the envelope u send the form back in!

yeah they pt that on the forms as they've had problems before in what people class as a "classic"

But this is a special event so its my way round it!
