HIF44 Split Hose

Is this just the fuel overflow pipe? As you can see it's connected to a metal pipe further down.

As it's now got a split in it, should I replace it? Will any fuel hose do or is it item 40 (JZV1198 Hose, pump to carburettor) that I need here?: -

yeah its the overflow, just replace it with a length of normal fuel hose ( make sure its rated for unleaded if u use unleaded petrol)

Cheers I've got some somewhere.

So will it be easy to remove and I'm not likely to get fuel spouting out everywhere then?

yeah easy to change and unless theres somthing very wrong with your carb there shud be no fuel

The spare hose I've got was bought for the fuel tank end where it passes through the boot floor.

Will that do?
