thought today 'right, ill go and buy some paint stripper and strip off the top of that tidy looking radiator we found in the shed' went to buy some paint stripper/thinner stuff. got back, wrestled with the old work bench, got out the radiator. thought to myself 'ill do a proper job and paint the sides black along with the cowling while im at it' went to take the cowling off. first bolt. thought to myself it was a bit tight, but it was moving, losen it some more and TWANG. sheered it. toys out of pram, radiator and workbench back i shed.. no wonder i think of myself as a mechanical numpty when i cant even take some paint off a radiator without ruining something.... *throws his rattle*

Yes I think their designed for earlier Minis (pre 1976?) that had smaller throttle pedals?

yeah i thought they may be for mk1s or something seeing as they came out in the 70s. wasnt sure if the throttle pedals were smaller back then though. if i do have to drill the pedal, im guessing i have no choice... i must fit it though, it looks great, especially as im trying to go retro-ish
