If you are lucky enough to have a spare £21k to spend on a new car then would you consider this JCW? There is so much more choice out there these days and £21k gets you some very nice motoring alternatives. This is the latest stage of the BMW marketing machine out to make a huge profit on the back of the 'Mini' & 'John Cooper' & 'Works' brand names, which they had absolutely no involvement with in the beginning and have only bought their way into. The BINI is a small, well made, front wheel drive BMW and its about time it was called what it actually is and not called after a true 'unreliable' British Classic Car to which it bears no resemblance other than a few retro styling features ! So Essess, when are you getting one ;D ;D ;D I'm ranting again!!!!! ;D jc

Breakdown? No way, even though the rain was/is absolutely hammering down today and whilst Marie was at work, I got commandeered into taking my 2 kids and my daughters friend to the local multi-plex cinema. Unfortunately that multi-plex is some 20 odd miles away (Odeon/Nantgarw) and I really didn't want to get the Mini out of the garage. Well I had to give in and even though the A470 dual carriageway was an absolute flood the Mini ran faultlessly and didn't miss a beat. Pity the film (The Mummy 3) had been worth the journey (which it wasn't and neither were their exorbitant popcorn prices). Anyway it just proves that good quality and well serviced electrics are the best and a complete avoidance of WD40 helps too.
