My sister and her boyfriend dunno what to buy me for christmas and to be honest I dont know what I want either. Just been thinking again tonight and bucket seats have come to mind.... I was thinking I could pay for one of them and they could pay for the other. What ones do you think would suit my mini?

No I havent, the ride is rough enough so how comfy are buckets?
I'm quite tall and even though I use the last hole on the bracket I still feel like a window licker

You could fit those seat extender brackets?
You'll get more leg room then.

Too many choices. Start in the beginning. Fixed or recliners. Cloth, vinyl or leather. The wider the seat the less chance you have of pushing it back far enough (to get legroom), because the rear companion boxes get in the way.

Fixed will be fine (if they are cheaper) Cloth, as they'll be cold in the winter and I'll have to peel myself off them in the summer

I used a high back fixed Cobra SF3C in my Rally Mini for years and found it to be fairly comfortable and strong. You can have a lend of it to try it out if you like mate.

No problem. We'll have to arrange a meet sometime.

I used to have Corbeau clubmans in my clubby, they were very comfy and had a narrow back on them, my old man is over 6ft and he had no probs in them.
