has anyone fitted non-mini (other mainstream manufacturer) alloys to their mini with any sucess.
With or without spacers.
Looking for a cheaper option than 13 in compomotives

i had 14" miglia 1000's fitted to my cabrio which needed extra long studs + spacers but did find they rubbed occassionally on full lock, they now in taiwan on a v6 mini project

What wheel diameter will you /do you fancy. 10" 12" or 13"?? With 13's you'll more than likely have to chop the front wings to get them to fit. Wide 12 inchers with a lowered car can sometimes rub the arches as well.

want to upgrade to 13's, i've got sportspack arches to go on so modding thae arches are a must anyway.
how did u get 14's on? just ultra low profile tyres?

I think the pcd of the mini's (4inch) is pretty exclusive m8. Other than metros, although vauxhall 4 stud astra and cavaliers etc is very close at 100mm. Don't know if anyone is aware of that or not. Not sure if they will deffo fit but worth a try.

they fitted fine + were mini stud pattern, very rare to find 14" but are available The tyres were Pirelli Drago P5000, they are 195/45/14 6JX14H2 ET 4.2 846.75 with 839 written underneath and also c18 wrote on back of alloy

I bought my mrs alloys for her first car, proton compact, they were multifit things, they had a 4" pdc and a 4 3/4 pdc
they would have gone nice on a mini
