ok ppls.bigade changed his clutch slave cylinder and tried bleeding it.no fluid came out.took it back off and left it off.pumped pedal and no fluid came outta pipe.took pipe outta top of master cylinder and pumped pedal again but nothing came outta top of master cylinder although it is full of fluid.he desperate to get car done to go to malvern.any ideas?could be master cylinder but not sure.

easiest way to check if the master cylinder is gone...block up slave cylinder pipe and press clutch pedal.if pedal is solid then nothing wrong with master,,,,,if clutch pedal sinks then the seals are gone in master cylinder.....DEAN

it said in haynes manual to immerse the slave cylinder and the pipe leading to it in clutch fluid then put them together so the pressure will build up faster
