Woke up, had a packet of crisps, a mars bar, a cuppa t and set to work. I lopped some bits off my clock cluster so itll fit my dash, ground some bits off my chrome rings so they will fit in my dash (they were a touch too big, probably because ive painted the dash) Im now going to go out to the car and fit my new Ninja Vizard Modified air box, fit my pedal rubbers, take off my interior handle sets, seal my doors, fit my bro's old door cards (cooper ones, just until i get a retrim), take my handle set inside and grind off all the horrible flakey chrome plating (i keep cutting chunks out of my palm when winding the window) so they will hopefully look like polished alloy. (if not ill spray them next week) and refit ;D Also i heard today my Super Secret Parcel is being posted if not today then Monday   ;D anyone else done anything to their Minis today? ;D |

Attacked the MK3 shell with an angle grinder. Chopped the front end off and most of the inner wings. Will use the inner wing bits which were surprisingly rot free for the Woody. Here's the damage.     |

i did some thing that i dont normaly do, i actuly used it for fun rather than back and fore work, i went on a long drive with a mate had some food etc and came home absolutly pointless but i enjoyed it

had an hour on the hornet;fitted hand brake cable bracket,removed old clocks and dash ready to fit new one,fibre glassed air vent holes up. Then spent the rest of the day fixing phils jaffa; new discs,pads and calipers and fitted his kwik shift :PDEAN

I'd like to say I worked on my mini today, but Dean did most of the 'getting dirty' ;D ;D  New discs and painted calipers, just need to sort out my wheels now tho  Got the quick shift to work, sort of, itll be fixed tomorrow with any luck |
