maybe people have finally realised that the BINI being made in cowley is a poor immitation of the classic mini but gutted to here another 850 people out of work  |

Bad news, but it's ironic how it's exactly 850 and the first Minis made were Mini 850's?
Oh and did anyone see 'Watchdog' this evening? Yet another nail in the BINIs coffin, since most 2001-2007 petrol models are fitted with dodgy power steering pumps!
And it's really bad news if the pump fails whilst you're driving the thing as it becomes virtually impossible to steer.
So yes it's been a very bad day for BMW.
But then the BINI appeared on Watchdog a few years back too: -
