Hey guys! Any one know anything about the MPI injectors?? I have one thats pulsing and one thats not, car has been running like a bag of spanners and i've narrowed it down to this!! Is it a case of buy new ones or does anyone know something i don't  Thanks Keats x |

Could try cleaning them, renewing the o-rings, check they have steady power flowing to them. I think some of the rovers have the same injectors, the 25 maybe? Dont quote me on that one, but scrapyards should have plenty to choose from if you know what to look for.

First thing to check are that none of the breathers have come loose or are split, And then damaged wiring to the inlet air temp sensor (the green one in the air box) Trouble with spi/mpi's is that it could be a lot of problems causing it via the ecu and might not be the injectors at all  Does anyone know of a local place that can do a diagnoses test on spi/mpi minis ? |

probably not the same as the 25 they are 460cc injectors which are oversized for the mini engine but because of the way the injection pulses change they have to be bigger . i think i have got a pair here ill have to dig them out
