Ive always liked volvo's... but seeing Jeremy tramp drifting that volvo up the embankment made me want a tramp drifter  the new Lambo touched me in special ways.... |

Provided you've not put a big exhaust on most normal teenagers cars these days are quiet anyway (corsa/saxo/fiesta etc.) no need to sneak the car in, it's opening the door and walkin upstairs that's the problem!

Haha, I remember trying to take out my old opel kadet when I was learning to drive, jumped in but forgot to turn off my LINWOOD (!!!!!) alarm with the key in the B pillar (OMG the shame of it) and rolled the car down the street and 10 seconds later the alarm is going off and woke the street. I got in serious trouble for that one. HAHA.

captain slows face in that scooby rally car was a picture, kept a look out for you rich but did'nt spot you on canery wharf clip yeah just watched it (on demand) im deffo not on there lol, if i was to buy a new car, that thought makes me shudder, it would be a fiat 500, i reckon there way cool!  |

i read in classic car weekly, that a few marinas meet there death in one of the episodes, the marina owners club are well unhappy  when they shot the mini off the ski jump i thought is was a right laugh, ;D |

Well the Mini was a one off, but they do seem to trash a lot of old BL cars far too often. Okay so 1970's BL cars don't have a great reputation today, but I have to admit that I much preferred my late Dad's 75' Austin Allegro Estate to the 1978 MK4 Cortina (sorry Irish) that he exchanged it for. I was just a kid back then and a kid who had a terrible car sickness problem, especially thanks to cars with bouncy springy rides. But like the Mini, I had no problem riding in the back of that old Allegro Estate and twice I travelled all the way to Kent and back for a family holiday without projectile vomiting. Yet I had a problem just travelling to Trecco Bay Porthcawl in the Cortina, or the Victor and Corsair my Dad owned before. So I think Top Gear need to be told that actually old BL cars were pretty good family cars, because they didn't cause kids to spray the interior in sick.  |
