just found the reason why the garage floor is unusually wet...!!!
ruby has poped a core plug, right under the top engine steady bracket...and it looks a right pain to sort, lucky i was changing the bushes anyway and spotted it lying on the gearbox
any hints on putting one of these little nightmares back in?...never done a core plug before so not too sure what to expect

I use a small piece of flat wood and gentle tap it in with a rubber mallet, I find they go in "straight" then, I have a load of brand new ones here if you need some

phil...when you say gentle tap....how gentle...lol....its just that its in such an akward place that im not going to get much of a tap on it....dont fancy removing the engine just for a weee plug
