Have you greased your nipples lately? If not, give that a go and it should help...

Could be the nylon cup (which the knuckle joint sits in) which has worn through. You'll then have metal to metal contact and usually end up with an annoying squeak. Is the ride height a bit lower on the front nearside.?

If the cup is dry that would help the squeak greatly. They should be well greased. Yes, you can buy cups seperately, but probably only from the big Mini specialists.

Ouch. Horrible job. Have you taken off both of the end plate retaining bolts / nuts.? They're under the rad just behind the brake pipe union which sits on the subframe. Take the retainer plate off after undoing the big nut on the end of the pin. Put the nut back on and try to get a spanner on it and try to turn the pin that way. If your'e lucky the pin might un-cease itself. Give the end of the pin a couple of hits with a No 10 persuader. There is absolutely no room to do this job easily and you may have to take the rad out.
