Hehe, it probably would of, bloody German s**t went all the way to Bangor for it, gear linkage broke while we were there.. it used to overheat, it was a right shed, he then swapped it for a saxo  |

I am very close to doing that when it comes to stripping down my interior to sort out the sound deadening... But that will need sooooo muuuchhh masking up.......
or trim it in vinyl... but then I'd have to find some bad ass glue to hold it in place...
If I knew I could get the screen back in without it leaking (last time it was leaking like a sieve) I'd just take out the screen and fit some new headlining the same time...

Tough call there.. hmm vinyl would look sweet, some nice contact adhesive? Ima need to sort out headlining, will just chuck some acoustic carpet up there I think..

Got my switch panel in today  really happy now, Also started wiring in my alarm & central locking.. not so fun.. My heat source  Found my sheet of steel £12 bargain!    Could do with new cables as the heads on them look poo, but o well |

ahh right coz to get mine started we had to by pass the igniton switch as it doesnt work thats why its was in there in the first place when i bought the car
but now obviously it wont switch off because weve bipassed it completely
back to the drawing board atm:P

Jap engines belong in Jap cars  Thats pretty much what my Mini's gonna look like, well no it is, with the exception of the wheels and the exhaust, not too fussed on Alleys |
