well i'm sure dan will elaborate on this thread, but my relay to make the car start, linking the egnition to the starter motor i think (??) (im such a novice, excuse my lack of terminology...) keeps dying
i fixed it temporarily by putting a relay on that i didnt need (which worked fine at first), but then that one was killed by my mini too....
what's the problem?? and apart from putting a new relay on again and again, i think the long term solution will be another expensive one (knowing my luck)

It's 'I'gnition you hill-billy! Anywho, it was fun hot wiring the damn thing for a couple days. I bet it's just because both relays were past their shelf life, to be fair they're nearly as old as you The other one's for the leccy fan in the wing, but thats not connected up anyway yet, so dont worry about that. Might put it on a switch on the dash, but that's not important right now.

ok well funny how the maplin £2 something relay works fine, but the £6 overpriced one from halfords was so sh*t that it wouldn't work... hopefully it wont die on me again, and if it does, i know how to start it with a bit of wire...
