Let me know how sportspacks go, interested meself.. Sportspack arches are relitively easy to fit ryan,i had to fit mine myself,the template kit from minisport is a great help

Update,welder now in the garage.... And after a huumm and Haaa need both sills, innerwing repair both sides and drivers floor-panels ordered tonight from Somerford.... also ordered 1mm cutting discs and wire cup brushes so no going back now GONNA CUT UP A MiNi HHEELLLPPPPP (GULP)

My plan of attack would be ...
Brace the shell ... chop off sills ....repair floor ..... cut out inner wings and replace with repair panel.... fit new sills

what about,cut inner wings at the bulhead, drill out top spot welds on the wings and remove the whole front, do the same to custard weld back on, , then scuttle floor sills, and why brace the shell as doing one sill at a time didnt think needs bracing for that

ha just read the the thread ,,, wot a plonka i am OK so the plan is ,remove the front, then attack the scuttle, front back on then sills ;D

A little movement, booked some time next week and the whole front comes off ;D for now before and after on the rear panels After not finished by a long shot but at least those dreadfull arches and most of the filler gone

Well these are the plans so far ( now i need the time ) Custard is donating his scuttle, complete front end, driver a post, and various other bits of steel. Gonna start drilling out the spots as soon as hes back home. if anyone needs other body parts let me know as gonna chop up whole car up for parts..
