links dont work
id be more concerned in finding out why it overheats a normal rad is more than capable of keeping it cool.
a performance rad will just mask the problem

Check to see if the leccy fan works. The fan should cut in once a certain temperature is reached, usually in stop start traffic.

everything has been changed, new expansion tank and cap, new thermostat and new coolant and water, had a new radiator fan, even sent the rad off to be cleaned properly. What else could it be? It's really bugging my now, it overheated for the 3rd time today, it happen so quick i didn't even see the temp gauge go up and i check it a lot because i know it happens, i normally just put the heater on and the temp drops back down. Help!

not sure about the super unleaded easiest way to test the fan is working is to unplug the temp sender lead and it will run. thinking of it it could be a dodgy temp sender ? although normally engine management is designed that if they pack in the rad runs constant to avoid overheating. you asked over on the kiddies forum (TMF) they have a whole spi/mpi section

Have you put the new updated wiring and plug on the water temp sender that only solves the constant fan running problem and running rich basicly the original plug has the tendency to corrode which results in and infinite resistance across the sender (same as unplugging it) so the ecu goes into safe mode to stop the engine overheating so brings the fan in and richens the fuel ratio.
