Just got back a couple of hours ago having arrived at 11.30 this morning. what a day! the minis, without a doubt, stole the show. Endafs second race battle (I missed the first) was supurb. From my vantage point at Hacketts Hairpin I witness 2 very talented and respectful racers giving it thier all in a championship deciding race. My only regret is not following the season earlier. Thanks to all the racers that took the time to talk to me and my son today and especially to Hugh Ward for letting Tom sit in the drivers seat of his beautifully turned out car prior to the final race. I hope he wasn't the cause for your unfortunate DNF I'll try and add some of my own piccies once I've decided if any are good enough Thanks for the report and photos Phil

Kind of Phil. My son and I were in the wifes silver Freelander parked next to the Minis. There were 3 of them in the end and we asked them the same question! Shame we couldn't have met up. I'll make sure I find you at Castle Coombe on Saturday

A bacon sarney is no good without a couple of slices of bread around it. ;D A big TA to the suppliers of the COOKIES and other assorted catering goodies. Without you our Campathons would be nearly foodless.
