Minis...More popular now?

Since owning my MINI ... ive been stopped dozens of times... this afternoon i was stopped in morision petrol station and this guy shouts at me ... ''Now thats what i call a mini'' ... made my day really! Lots of my friends now want one and its all i hear from people...maybe its because ive noticed it more...as you do when you get something...But what do you guys reckon..are they getting more popular or have they allways been so?

I get the same reaction when I go out in my mini. Some people keep chatting for ages--all of them 'had one' and all of them say they were the best car they ever had.I agree-my present one is my 13th. since 1962!!

ive always wanted a mini and even my dad had one when he was younger... i just think their the best car around

The Classic Mini has a huge cult following.
As Brivin says nearly everyone of a certain age group owned one, learned to drive in one or knew someone who had one.
Sadly, latest figures reveal that there are only about 33.000 left on the UK roads, IE; fully taxed etc.

ive always been mad about themm since i was about 4 lol
butt yer i agree everyone i talk too eithers had one or has had someee random experiance withh themm
even my grandperant have had the luxury of breakingg down on thee motor in my dads old one lol
the more i talk to people thee more i seem too findd that everyone likes sometihng about them if its just random girls that find them cute duee too their sized or mini maniacs likee me which lovee themm for the iconn and their individuallity lol
