I don't think its down to individuals at all.
There seems to be a lack of leadership and 'will to win' in the Welsh team as a whole.
Players seem more interested in their own "celebrity" than in the success of the Welsh team overall.
They need a stronger manager and an even stronger Captain who can push the team forwards. There are too many "ex-player coaches" getting a huge salary from the WRU who are not delivering the goods! Time for a regime clear-out in my opinion!
Wales could have had England beaten in the last quarter last night when they had the energy and England were knackered but nothing came of it cos the 'will to win' was just not there.

Yes I agree with you jackdaw, maddog we can't blame the ref. The problem is there are too many players who think they are 'stars' yes they are good players but rugby is a team game & you can't play as individuals. They need to remember "there is no I in team"!

Ireland were lucky to come away with the win there cos they didnt deserve it! Just as well they have still got O'Gara playing !

Well I thought France were very poor today in Ireland but I also thought Ireland didnt do enough to deserve the win.
