Try with mole-grips? Although there isn't much purchase..

I am assuming you have the manifold and spacer washer still in place

Can you tap a screwdriver under the nut and then try to undo it

That sometimes works cos you force th nut back up the stud.

Plan B would be an angle grinder or a file to cut the nut off the stud.
If you are replacing the stud it doesnt matter too much about damaging the thread

Yeah the washer is still in place.. I'll try the screwdriver trick, If I has no luck then then I'll just cut the nut off the stud, as I have new studs & nuts on delivery along with two large bore manifold gaskets

oh and an RC40 exhaust bracket to pick it up to the valence better

Gonna have to weld a nut on then crack them out, arc welders fine for it?

Think they went out of style because you cant use them while the car is moving, Police would see them, fine/deactivate them, give you producers and then look over the car for other faults.
Which is a lot of hassle for forgetting to flick a switch.. lol.

Either that or the rubbish roads and speedbumps eat them (I used to have a red set when I first passed my test, They lasted exactly one month, they then got cracked, filled with water, froze, split open and then fell off. lol

)
