as phil + dai have stated sorry to see any members leave but each member has a mind of their own + you don't see bmw mini clubs welcomeing classic owners as we have tried to do

I also don't like to see members leave, but we are a classic mini club who welcomed bmw minis, but it went all pear shaped. Its all about having fun, not silly bickering which was happening on here

Just to confirm, we are a classic car club, A few members have left recently due to us not being a mixed club, i think we went out of our way to try but it was never going to work. Silly comments going against 99% of members is no way to try and build bridges. While it is a great shame to lose members who were highly thought of and missed, I think we should carry on and concentrate on having fun as it has always been on here. Wot happened here then son ? |

Now that there has been a clear majority vote for a CLASSIC ONLY club we should attract more classic members and maybe get some of the original Classic owners back who left because of the overbearing Bini influence! Hope all the club now has a very clear view of where the future is and we don't make the same mistake again! jc |
