I worked for them for 3 and a half years and leaving is the best thing I've ever done. If you booked it then they should have filled in a holiday request form. They can't say anything then.
If they didn't fill one in phone head office (i got their number) and explain the situation.
One of the best things you can do working for them is to join a union and make sure they know, for the cost of a pint a week it stops a lot of stress
