Standard 1275 Metro turbo running 7psi with a dump valve and intercooler (not sure which one yet maybe rs?).
My plan is to use it this summer (if I ever get it finished) and then buy a short engine from Avonbar - 1293, better head and then run more boost (I want to get to about 12-15psi)

I have a escorts rst intercooler and a rover tomcat intercooler if your interested? Im thinking of getting a newer 1 as im going to have it mounted outside the grill. Im also having my engine bay strenghtened as the power from the engine seems to be ripping the engine steadies out. Something you may want to think about. Will show you pictures maybe tomorrow if i can get to the garage as the engine is coming out in the morning

Heres an idea Get a front mounted radiator ('97 spec) and then mount the intercooler in the place the rad was. Add a electric fan to the intercooler to draw in extra cold air. Take your T3 turbo and throw it in the BIN!!! It's too big for a 1.3, Rover needed a turbo for the 'A' series and there was one in the parts bin, off a 2.0 engine. Wrong way to go. What they should have done was see what everyone else was fitting like Renault who was fitting a T2 to the R5 GT turbo. Now these are 1.4's (push rod engine) and can be tuned to around 300bhp!!! The turbo comes in at a lower RPM and stops torque steer, later Ford used this turbo on the Fiesta RS turbo, where as they learned from fitted a T3 on the Escort. This way you will end up with a more tuneful and better performing engine and a tidy engine bay.

Is T25 in between T2 and T3 in size wise?

According to Turbo Technics all Garrent turbo have the same flanges, give them a ring to find out more.
They told me about doing this.
There is a T15 version which Van Aaken used to turbocharger the Cinquecento Sporting!!!
