It looks as if you are making good progress anyway.  Hope it runs OK for you tomorrow.  Like the sound of JCB Yellow with a cream hood.  Are you going for lots of chrome with it too?  jc |

will have abit of chrome but not sure what yet as might be selling the kernal.  who ever painted it must have been p-ssed as never seen so many water blisters. very little rust though can't wait to rip out that bloody awfull roof support + install tidy 1 + cut down roll cage due to strengthend sills |

nope...daughter decided to be very sick today so no school....hoping to get the mini sorted tomorrow...lol...
byron put a good few hours in though....got some primer on her so shes taking shape

think i need to get it inspected by dvla as it dont say cabrio on v5 anybody got any info on this as it looks like it still unalterd on the v5. think that gonna cost me bout £100 odd quid plus m.o.t'd + taxed, one tiny weld + roll cage adapted ( shortened ) + welded in place then get roof made etc all in a month up most of night cleaning spew cos little 1 decided she was gonna throw up everywhere + everytime i was cleaning it up it was makeing me spew lol. forgot to mention i put my back out aswell  |

;D managed to fit in an hour on the kernal today, ripped out that god awfull roof support + grinded metal down, cut out stupid seat belt retainers which were just welded on eye bolts + cut a nice sized hole in my bonnet for the carbon scoop |

need to get roll cage cut down + re-welded inplace, fibreglass sports pack in couple places, make new roof + fit new roof system, swap wheels over to 12" instead of the 14", sort wiper + indicator stalk out, fit the checka plate on the strengthen sills + have it all inspected by dreaded dvla or + paint + that lovely thing called m.o.t'd + taxed ;D |
