this morning I got up early dressed quietly, put on my waterproofs, grabbed my golf clubs, slipped into the garage. I backed out into a blizzard with wind blowing at 50 mph. I pulled back into the garage, turned on the radio, and discovered that the weather would be bad throughout the day. I went back into the house, quietly undressed, and slipped back into bed. I cuddled up to my wife's back, and whispered, "The weather's terrible out there. "She sleepily replied, "And can you believe my stupid husband is out playing golf in it!"
