just snapped the nut and grease nipple off my rear radius arm. would it still be safe to drive

i would say no on that one, the stress on cornering mite pop it out

Would have to agree with Gar on this one.
To make it safe you would have to block the hole up to stop any grease coming out either with a new grease nipple or a bolt of the right size.
Is the remains of the original grease nipple still in the hole cos if it is that needs to be removed 1st!

must be that time of year for snapping stuff off.....did my engine steady yesterday....gutted

I keep looking in vain on Ebay in the hope of picking up a REAMER But the prices always go a bit silly. In retrospect, after repairing 10 radius arms the Reamer would have paid for itself. The new kits are about £15 and i was charged £15 for the reaming . I know a chap locally whose got a reamer and he normally gets the job done quickly.

Afraid im usless at using a ratchet, but can stand around and tut loudly Let me know and I can pop over any evening this week, only night i can offer a hand this week would be fri. dont know whats happening on the weekend yet if im not in bris imm all yours on sat if thats any good to you. o and im brilliant at snapping bolts aswell.

do yourself a favour and order a complete set of new rear sub frame-radus arm bolts, thats what we did,
