Just got back after another cracking Mini Show by The British Mini Club at Himley Hall, West Midlands. 
Boy was it hot though!!!!!
Left Llanelli at 0700 to arrive at Himley Hall by 0920 ( great drive up, hardly any early morning traffic and what little there was was seen off easily!!!) only to sit in a queue on the main road outside the show till 0950! 
Sat behind a BINI who turned his engine off whenever he stopped then let a 50 yard gap open up in front of him before starting up and crawling forward! - He did that to me twice! - on the 3rd occasion I passed him when he stopped his car - Think he got the message after that!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D
Once in the show ground it was obvious that there were lots of traders there as usual and lots of clubs (Mini & BINI!!!!!) there was a huge concourse and show and shine section- see pics.
The show ground was packed out at 1015 and by 1145 they had to shut the main gates to Himley Hall and turn people away as they had run out of parking spaces and there were 3 mile tailbacks of traffic on the surrounding roads - Apparently (according to 'Dave!) thats the 1st time that that has ever "appened" with a British Mini Club show at "Imley All"!!!!!! ;D
