can anyone post up information regarding the Mini Cooper Sport from 2000 please? in uni ive got to make a promotional vido, so im doing a promotional video on that car. im after dealership blurbs. eg: power/torque what makes it different compared to normal minis. Colour options (would be great if i could find this out) etc etc etc. so far all i know is the size dimensions of it and the MPG because they were in the handbook....  im after details like this by tonight idealy as ive booked the uni's recording studio for tomorrow to begin recording a voice over. but i dont know what im talking about... thanks everyone! |

found some stuff!  had a nose around Taffys site. and found a post on another forum through google that Taffy also posted on (crikey you get about!  ) that was very usefull. can anyone tell me what colous they were avaiable in? so far i know- Blue/silver red/white also does anyone have any ideas of what coours the interior is availabe in? i know my dads got black and silver leather. but im not sure of others because so any people get retrims i cant take web pictures as the whole truth  Im also guessing Leather Interiors were standard and cloth wasnt availabe? |

I know that there was a British Racing Green colour available with a Silver roof , think it was standard Black / Silver leather seats with a silver dash interior.

I can only find Black and Nickel leather with matching head restraints.
The interior of the Cooper Sport was a unique seat design.

so all the interiors were the same then! well that makes my job easier lol.
so to add to my list of colours
it was:
Blue/siver
Red/white (although im doutig myself now so may have been the silver you mentioned phil)
BRG/silver
i probably make a start with what ive got. but if anyone knows any facts about the sportspacks feel free to add them here and ill stick them in aswell!
were these limited edition so to speak like the 500's?
just realised! this means i can put this forum in my reseach section of my report! lol.

its actually in tomorrow! the voice over came out alright! just a case of slapping it all together now. ill upload it to youtube either tonight when its done or tomorrow.after i get some sleep... its going to be a long haul tonight!!!!! thanks for everyone who gave me input though! |

Its Friday. Its 3am. and im still working on it! ^_^ *sleepy dopey grin* from what ive seen of it so far.... some bits are alright.... but dont watch it if youve got motion sickness.... i got a bit carried away with waving the camera about.... just trying to save it now as a hlf tidy quality now before i pass out! |

Thats what i thought! but the only information i could find said 84 so ive no idea. my dad did say that aparently the messed with the gearing so that its a better motorway cruiser and as a result the acceleration took a hit. maybe thats something to do with it?

ive raced quite a few and normally lose , in a quick 54bhp 998, after a bhp shoot out some of us raced home from bristol, and it was exactally as the bhp print out of each car, highest bhp car first and so on,,, |
