Not sure yet, only had a sip last night. It tastes nice and it does smell really strong. I am gonna have a couple of glasses tonight and will let you know ;D If i'm on here, you will be able to tell if it's strong with my spelling   ;D ;D |

The answer to the sweet wine is to pick a really dry wine kit to do next then when its ready mix both kits - Hey Presto - 60 bottles of not so sweet white wine!!!!! ;D jc |

We have just bottled the chardonnay and the elderflower, 6 bottles of each. I thought the elderflower was lovely, but the chardonnay is to die for............ The nicest wine I have ever tasted. But I'm not sharing until the 30 bottle kit of chardonnay is ready. That will be Monday ;D ;D ;D
