my step dad used to make elderberry wine...it could knock your socks off...!!!! he did a strawberry and it was lovely.....ideal for using up the strawbs we used to get left over from when we would go to the pick your own fields....

uncle used to make his own wine + could have run rockets on it. used to make my own lager + was'nt too bad either wa i can remember of it ;D apart from my mate haveing asthma attack while we were steriliseing barrel from the fumes of steriliseing tablets etc. the tw-t scarred the hell out of me

i got a beer keg that has been adapted to make wine if you want it.its no good too me as i only make bitter and lager.

Once we have got the taste right we might have a wine tasting session soon, with a few burgers and bangers thrown in ;D ;D ;D

i'll make 40 pints of lager and 40 of bitter this weekend.they will be ready in 2 months for a camping weekend.and they are very strong lol.

there is a kit with everything included except the fermenting bin which you buy seperately in wilkinsons.not sure but about £40.it costs about £7 to make 48 pints.if you buy the youngs make from wilkinsons the instructions are easy to follow
