Hi i live in cardiff and have always griven classic mini's. I have a cooper s works with a few little rusty areas which i want to get dealt asap, but dont know of any good garages for minis nearby any sugesstions? Someone has suggested J L minis in Llanelli just wanted some advice. Crumb.  |

Hi crumb. I know Jamie at J&L Minis no longer has his workshop. You could give him a ring to find out if he still does repairs.  |

Well I had a fair bit of work (new panels/respray) done to my Mini at this place: -
"N&D Motors", 16a Garth Works, Taff Well, Tel:- 029 2081 0998
Trouble is I think there's different people there now (the last owner who did mine emigrated a few years back).
Still worth asking though?

I've also heard good things said about this place: -
Monaco Garage, Ty-Glas, Chiltern Close, Llanishen, CARDIFF, CF14 5DL. Tel:- 029 2076 3566 (Ask for Lynn Elliot but Lesley (one of the owners) restored a 1968 cooper for road rallies).
I think they only do mechanical repairs though, but as their a Mini friendly garage perhaps they can recommend someone close?
