Deffo the correct items m8 not sure about the front one though listed as 91-2000 you may need to phone for that or try somerford minis. I think the last one would suit your car better as well as the insert fillet is black not chrome, more suitable for your car I think. Not my choice tho is it. haha Prices not bad though.

the rubber does not need replacing unless it is cracked or split, in your pic where the water is coming in the screen needs removing and the rust needs cutting out and repairing IE welding etc , plus i see there is a crack as well

I don't think the later wider front windscreen rubber helped stop rusting particularly that well? Not when you see so many later Minis rusting around the windscreen? So I'd stick with the original type for your Mini: - www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=37347

Their meant to be self sealing, but you usually find they need a bit of that Frost sealant to make them completely water tight.

This is the culprit, the reason why theres so much water in the footwells that 'seemed' to be leaking from under the crossmember. Speaking to biker, he thinks they are jacking points but on closer inspection I wouldnt dare risk jacking the car up at this point. You can just make out the butterfly nut I dropped inside the crossmember when I was trying to fix one of the drivers seat brackets. The water was running down the bodywork and straight into this hole!! So I put some waterproff gaffa tape on there for now til I can sort something better out. And here are my sexy new screen seals ;D As long as they dont leak I should have the interior back read for Castle Combe EDIT : doh! You can see me in the last 2 pics!! ;D ;D

and what a handsome young man you are :-)how much were the seals? *blushes* £30 for the pair, and we wont go into how much they were to fit cuz as long as they dont leak its money well spent.

It hasnt hammered it down tonight but the mini was a little wet from the rain when I came home. Had a quick nose about inside in all the usual spots and it doesnt seem to be leaking but with a torch that was on its last legs I could hardly see.
I'm dying to throw my interior back in but dont want to risk having to pull it all back out again ;D

The window seals are holding up, so they were definately worth it. But I still got water coming in from the crossmember My temp gaffatape fix is still in place though And my boot seal has suddenly decided to start leaking worse than ever so thats the next one to be done. ;D Although this could be down to the fact that the numpty who put the arches on didnt seal the drill holes properly and then didnt fit the arch seals properly either. So they are also down on my list of to-do's
