ordered parts for the mini two weeks ago. Some of the parts have turned up but two havent. They say they are out of stock and will be sent ASAP. I phoned up to order these parts and wasnt told about any of this. Anyone else had this problem.

i normally use mini spares but they were honest and said they couldnt supply until end of month. wish i had just stuck with them now.

ive been using mini sport amongst others over the last couple of weeks and have found them pretty good.they did have a few out of stock items but everything has turned up eventually. :)unlike some ebay sellers i could mention :-/DEAN.

i had to wait 3 and half weeks for exhaust and they didnt bother to tell me it was outta stock.i go to minimail.they have brilliant service and cheaper than mini sport

I've found 2 very good eBay shops which are much better at customer service than Mini Sport  UK CLASIC MINI PARTS & SPARES - eBay name 'ekimjudy' MINI SUPERSTORE - eBay name 'minisuperstore' Think they are AKA 'Minis R Us' Have used both over the past few months and they are very helpful and fast to deliver goods. Unlike some more local so called Mini Specialists!!!!!   jc |

Somerford Minis are also worth checking out if Mini Spares can't help you out and I've not had any problems with them.
I tend to avoid Mini Sport as I've had issues with them and once bitten and all that.

I'd avoid Hythe Performance too, between them and DHL they managed to lose a rear subframe  I had a terrible time trying to get them to chase it up and then send a replacement |

Yip u get a nice little note with your order to say the rest of your "bits" are out of stock.............they fail to tell you this at point of order............how dissapointing when your expecting a box full of goodies......and find the box half empty  |

But she got a load of parts sent to me in record timing so I could get my Mini re-tested for the MOT. I'd also recommend using Potters Bar for Mini Spares as Mini Spares North once messed me about a bit. |
