Right peeps got a new problem...my indicators are working now but my hazards arnt...plus got the lights working but no main beam...any surgestions...worse thing is the car is booked in for mot TOMO

Make sure the hazard rocker switch is fully switched or unswitched and also check the flasher relays. Drove myself mad trying to work it out before and twice I've been caught out by it. First time the rocker switch was half switched, second time the connectors had come off the relay behind the clocks

Try the hazard switch on the dash. They are a fairly common cause of such problems. For the Main beam, check for any loose wires in the Black connector block behind the front grill or the Main / dip switch on the steering column. Follow the coloured cables for that circuit.

All wiring has been doubled checked plus just been out and bought new relays.....the relays are ticking but the lights arnt coming on,,,as for the switch on the steering column i havnt got a socket to fit......HELP

Shouldn't need to take the steering wheel off. Only the plastic cowling around the switches etc. Just a few phillips screws involved.

Right just changed the switch on the steering column and now ive got main beam..YIPEE but still aint got hazard kights

UPDATE....got hazards working at last but they are flashing really really quick..will that make it fail mot??

usually when a indicator / hazards etc flashing quickly it down to a bulb gone but assumeing all bulbs working check earths ok

All sorted now everything working as it should, cross fingers now for mot in da morning thanks everyone for advice today , its been a god send

A replacement hazard warning light flasher unit should make them flash normal. Hope the MOT goes well too.
