Basically, all these big company's that have 0870 numbers ( sky, British gas etc etc )
Use 0870 numbers,
this site asks for the number then gives you a direct dial number that isnt premium rate.
apparently all these company's have a direct dial number but dont advertise it due to the money they make from the expensive phone lines they use...
well worth a look at considering I tried calling sky last week and was told by a voice my call would be answered in 28 miins..lol
