at long last, and at great time and expence, the hornet is diganosed at last, a p--y intermitant petrol pump! yeah i know easy right! not, (im sure the points in the pump are sticking!) ive checked the float chamber 4 times and theres always juice in there, so ive done the timing 5 times,points too!!!!!! new dizzy,rotor arm, leads plugs,coil, points, condencer, so at a guess i put a can of petrol on the roof of the car with a pipe to the carb, guess what, it starts and runs like a good un!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D new pump on order off e-bay! stinkin minis, put the kettle on phil!

well i gave the fuel pump a wack with a ratchet and it working again! how long for tho? ?
