Well what can I say, I must qualify for Blue Peter Badge by now, I can now join that elusive club, the place where only those who have dared and won may go ;D ;D ;D THE FRONT CONES ARE DONE ;D ;D ;D Broken man now though, 10 years ago I waved a sad farewell to my Mini days, became an outcast of the wasteland, wandering aimlessly, lost, trying hard to fill that deep dark hole in my heart............should have stayed lost. Well started at 10.30 this morning and worked flat out till 16.45hrs using a whole arsenal of tools and choice words to get them replaced and what a hell of a job, trust me I am a nice person and didn't deserve that, perhaps I was evil in a past life and this is retribution, perhaps thats what you get if you turn your back on a MINI...lol So a big thankyou to you for the use of the compression tool. Tomorrow I will tackle the rear cones and fit the Hi-Los and crack on with possibly fitting the fibreglass arches, we shall see.

Well done. You deserve a few beers after that. It's not an easy job at the best of times so you deserve a pat on the back.

Good work mate, I need to completely revamp my suspension, its all a bit knackered to be honest ;D Having the steering looked at in the morning, and no doubt there will be a hefty list of parts to replace.
