Hello all,
I'm considering fitting a carbon boot floor, how do they fit and if you have to cut a large section out does it require strengthening?

hiya mate. yes you cut out the floor leaving enough for mounting of the carbon piece but to be honest it doesnt make sense because you will have to brace across the floor somehow as the carbon will flex more than the steel would. it would only be for asthetic reasons.

cheers,
Spoke to someone who said the same really and it is also close to the subframe mounts so could affect the MOT without bracing.
