What colour would you say this is? And when I get a Mini I want it to be exactly like this, will it be expensive? Does it look good? And my dad is a welder and mechanic, so is my brother Do you think a 1275 would be to expensive on insurance when I pass my test? Thanks.

Tahiti blue ? 1275 depends on your age I'm currently changeing my son's mini from a 1275 to 998 as there is a £400 difference in insurance prices but he is only 17

Thanks. all the stuff to make it look nice are relativly cheap sepratly its when you add it all up it becomes expensive. the biggest cost would be a proffesional spray job. personaly i'd say go 998 for the first few years to build up some NCB then think about 1275's the only way to decide if its expensive is to get some quotes

Yes it does look a bit too light, but remember that there were 2 different types of Tahiti Blue applied to Minis over the decades.
There was the 1970's British Leyland Tahiti Blue which my first Mini came with (i.e. a 1975 MKIII Mini 1000) and then there was the 1990's Rover Tahiti Blue Metallic.
