Hey Everyone This is charlie, i bought him last october and use him as my everyday car, he can be a little tempermental at times but is a great little car! im lowly doing him up over time, ive had the sills done and have taken some rust out of the body work, i have a new passenger door ready to be primed, sprayed then fitted! That looks to be a nice unmolested Mini you've got yourself there.
What are your plans for Charlie, anything radical.??

yeah he looks pretty untouched at the moment!
I do like him like that but want to smarten him up a little
hopefully it will go something like this:
new door sprayed and fitted
some spot lights
chrome bumpers/door handles/washer etc usual stuff
some new wheels not sure which ones yet
a re-spray (me and my dad are going to have a go)
now that i have my roof rack i can go get some mdf and make a dashboard and centre console, i want to put a centre dail in as well as im not to fond of the 2 clocks that are in him at the moment....
im hoping to come to the rolling road meet so charlie will be there for anyone to have a nose at! although i need to fit a fuel filter, clean the carb and put a new distributor and rotary arm on first as hes not running very well hopefully that will sort the issue!

What a great day !!! weather was great so me and .my girlfriend popped out for a few hours to the coleford carnival of transport any one else make it? was a great show not many trade stands though. although there were plenty of minis!!!! celtic minis were there and i think glouchester or summing were there and various other minis mixed in with other lots! was a great day out. bought charlie some new foot pedals and some air horns!! fitted them them today and they are loud so got them on a seperate switch so as not to draw attention lol! will post some pictures up tomorrow if you want
