HELP misfire

ok charlie has a misfire and we have no idea what it could be/
we have changed the plugs, leads, distributor, points, rotary arm, air filter, installed a fuel filter and put fuel cleaning stuff in the tank and we still have no idea where this misfire is coming from we fitted another coil that we had in the garage and the problem was still there?
was hoping to bring it to the rolling road run on saturday and have it tuned but not sure now?

any ideas or suggestions?
