Nope, I am not talking about Corina but her car ;D After driving it properly today i noticed the gearbox whines a fair amount when taking foot off accelerator. It drives lovely and goes into gear with no problems. Is there anything to worry about ? were the coopers geared differently? I actually like the sound but thought it best to check  |

dont all mini gearbox's whine? all the minis i've been in do. its even louder with staight cut gear sets |

Never noticed it to be as loud as i did in the cooper today, it did sound just like straight cut gears but doubt very much it has them  |

havent noticed a whine from my gear box, but that prob cause ive either got byron yelling at me about my bad driving or got the cd on full blast
