Yes 'Selective Mini Spares' of Barry: -
selective mini spares 126, Park Crescent, Barry, South Glamorgan CF62 6HE
Tel: 01446 744619 Mob: 07973 179108
He mostly tends to have 2nd hand stuff there, so be careful that what you're buying is actually what you want as he talks the talk and can easily baffle you.
Also be careful that you're not stung as some parts can be bought brand new for the same price that he's asking.
Oh and telephone him first as his shop is only open on certain days. It's easy to find though, it's the blue shop on the left, just after the roundabout as you head down the hill to Barry Island.

Well there's always Halfords for general stuff, but if you buy mail order from companies like Mini Spares or Somerford Minis, then you'll have the parts in next to no time anyway. Plus they'll be top quality items too.

Well their classic 20W/50 oil with a picture of a Mini on the front is pretty good value.
But yes Halfrauds isn't brilliant and their batteries cost a small fortune!

That is true, bought a new battery for Corina's car last week, halfords price £69 , local motor factors £34 delivered to the door within 2 hours

Yes halfords are expensive bcos they are a big name and always open But I've heard that their batteries aren't much cop anyway? I bought a new battery from my local motor factors (Sparesworld) for my Mini around 2 years ago and that only cost me 15 quid and it works a treat. It's just a 'Moura' battery brand.
