I read this article (http://www.minispares.com/Articles.aspx?ty=ad&aid=258) from Mini Spares ages ago about fitting an element filter then drilling holes in the air filter box to give more power, but there are no pics that come with it. Does anyone know where to drill these holes or possibly have the MiniMag that the article was featured in? Thanks, Dan

M2I : Buy a cone filter, they arent that expensive and most second hand ones are in decent condition anyway.

I've already got the K&N element filter on my car now, because i heard it was better than the Cone Filter.

don't drill your air box it will let to much air in, plus you may get problems with your ECU trying to compensate for your fuel mixture. stick with what you have it is a good set up.

As above.
You get better results from stuff like 998s if you stick in an element and cut the box up instead of cones, but with ECUs and what not its really not worth it...
I cut mine up to the Vizards spec but was told at the rolling road to open it up a bit more so that will be the next job! lol.
