Mine isnt far off either   I don't know whether to mask it off and give the kids a load of aerosols ( same as the one in malvern ) or to go the full hog and go for the full rat look |

Doesnt work on Minis if im honest... unless their on hydraulics so you can really dump them when you stop.... but even then it would be reallllly hard to carry it off well without it looking like its just been run into the ground and not looked after....

Dont get me wrong, I LOVE rat styling... I would love to get a run about to take to work/uni to leave roxie safe for shows and club runs, and if i did get one it would be rattyfied.
However. Mini's dont age very dignified...
VW's just drop down until they are literally on the floor, the lacquer peels and they have a nice layer of surface rust, but they still drive well.
Mini's arse's fall off and floor gives way...that's before the lacquer even has chance to yellow let alone peel lol...
you have to rat something so that it looks like it has just eventually gotten to be that way... you cant just slap a load of matt black on it, lower it and say 'its rat'.

Reminds me of the famous Mini Cooper S that ex-Beatle George Harrison owned (right up to his death in fact): -  That Mini even made an appearance in their crazy 1967 tv movie 'Magical Mystery Tour'.  |
