Moto lita boss...help needed pls :D

Right guys n gals - i'm confused..... i know it doesn't take a lot!!
I have my Moto Lita Cooper steering wheel (kept from when i killed Honey) Gone to put in on to Blu today and the thingy that the boss goes on to is toooo skiny (technical i know). Does anyone know if a can get a boss to fit it? Tryed ringing Moto Lita but they close early on fridays Or does any one have one hanging round i could try? BTW the mini it came off is a 1990 RSP and the one it needs to go on is a 1997.... Thanks in advance guys, tryin to sort it before i go to L2B

Do you have the standard 1997 wheel on at the moment? and does it have an air bag fitted? I'm sure I have read about a problem fitting earlier wheels , Will see if I can find the link now
