not tried the g3 before, any good ? we got the london marathon run going on here aswell as ju said, fine till lacquerd

I was given a tip a few years back from a pro, 800 grit and lots of washing up liquid, it does work too

just use it neat, will need a good polishing afterwards but it creates less scratches on the paintwork compared to using water

not tried the g3 before, any good ? we got the london marathon run going on here aswell as ju said, fine till lacquerd Washing up liquid is great as it stops the wet and dry clogging as it sands so as it loses its cutting ability it starts to polish off aswell. G3 Farecla is excellent for removing flatting marks but finish with G10 for showroom finish. It seems that Lacquer doesn't have the same anti-sag qualities and so will run quite easily, bummer really as the gun was still set for the paint and no probs there.

Yeah no problem mate, give it a go and see what you think, I will be doing jamie's soon as there are more than enough runs to keep us busy lol.

should do a guide for it Phil after you've had some practice at it ive no idea what to expect of this respray! polkadots or full chrome respray! ;D

Cheers mate, still needs finishing, the roof and runs need doing and then all the decals back on and the spot lights and then sort the wheels, top tip though, always remember to re-connect the oil pressure guage back on before letting oil spill over nice new carpets and cooper mats
