Is the gear linkage all ok with you.?
And are you using a "Quickshift" by any chance.?
I noticed in the wanted section that you want a gear selector, but these are in the bottom of the gearbox (inside) and can only be changed by completely stripping the gearbox out.

yeah im thinking more the remote?

Sometimes the "roll pin" can wear and cause gear selection problems.

Also, get someone to change gears whilst you or ANO has a look at the joint to see if it has come loose.
